JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Create compelling and innovative written content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and other marketing materials.

  • Produce and edit engaging short videos for platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies and contribute to the overall content calendar.

  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitors to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.

  • Manage and curate content for internal and external social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and engaging storytelling.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their content needs and deliver high-quality, customized content that aligns with their objectives.

  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Stay updated on emerging content formats, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to create visually appealing and cohesive content experiences.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Age 22 or above.

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Creative Writing, or related field.

  • 1+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media management.

  • Strong writing skills and a good command of grammar and language.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow creative briefs.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and ability to create engaging visual content.

  • Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
